6. Escrow Terms (Hands-Off Service Only)
6.1 How Escrow Works
When you purchase our Hands-Off Service:
Step 1: Payment to Escrow
- • You pay the €149 service fee directly to FreeZone Global
- • You pay the agency fees to us, and we hold them in a secure escrow account (via Stripe)
Step 2: We Hold Funds Safely
- • Agency fees remain in escrow during the formation process
- • Funds are not released to the agency until license delivery conditions are met
Step 3: Formation Process
- • We coordinate with the agency to complete your formation
- • Agency knows payment is secured, ensuring commitment to delivery
Step 4: License Delivery
- • Agency delivers your completed business license to us
- • We verify the license is valid and complete
Step 5: Escrow Release
- • Release Trigger: Once we receive and verify your business license from the agency
- • You are notified of license delivery via dashboard and email
- • Funds are released to the agency within 2-3 business days
- • You download your license from the dashboard
6.2 Escrow Protection Benefits
Escrow protects you by:
- • Ensuring agency is paid only upon successful delivery
- • Providing recourse if agency fails to perform
- • Giving you leverage throughout the process
- • Securing your funds during formation
6.3 Disputed Deliveries
If there is a dispute about whether the license has been properly delivered:
Step 1: Review - We review documentation and verify the license meets agreed specifications
Step 2: Good Faith Resolution - We attempt to mediate between you and the agency
Step 3: Final Decision - Our decision regarding escrow release is final
Step 4: Escalation - If unresolved, dispute resolution procedures in Section 15 apply
6.4 Escrow Not Available for DIY Path
Escrow protection is only available for Hands-Off Service customers. DIY Path users work and pay agencies directly; we do not hold funds or mediate disputes.

We verify agencies through a multi-step process:
