For Hands-Off Service customers: We coordinate and manage the process, but the agency still performs the formation work. We are not liable for their errors or failures.

Freezone authorities are independent government entities.

We are NOT responsible for:

• • Processing times or backlogs

FreeZone Global's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Platform or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €149 (the Hands-Off Service fee), whichever is greater.
